Worth noting that that 85% is a restricted item pool, so if cowstick is in that pool for your class, it’s considerably more likely you’ll see a drop than you will if it’s in the non-smart-loot pool. Smart loot also applies for the GR70 primal, but not random primal drops strangely enough. This is how you get set items for other classes, weapons for other classes etc. Smart loot is something like 85% of all drops? The other 15% (or whatever, I’m not exactly sure on the ratios) can be anything.
